Kayan Egypt will process the personal data by your provided, as well as other personal data that Kayan Egypt may have access through the use of the following forms with the purposes specified in each case:

How long do we retain your data?
Kayan Egypt will retain your personal data for the time necessary in order to provide you with an answer in regard to your request, while the erasure of your personal data has not been requested by you as well as during the time necessary in order to comply with the legal obligations needed in each case.
Regarding personal data collected in order to comply with the obligation to manage complaints through the Whistleblower System, Kayan Egypt will keep your personal data for the time strictly necessary to decide on the appropriateness of initiating an investigation into the alleged facts and, once decided, they will be duly blocked in order to comply with the corresponding legal obligations in each case. In any case, your personal data will be deleted within a maximum period of three months from their introduction in the complaints channel, unless they are kept in order to certify the functioning of Kayan Egypt's crime prevention model.
